The Actio Regulator is the most comprehensive, web-based chemical inventory tracking and regulatory reporting module available today. Regulator enters the chemical management life cycle from the time a chemical is approved and received on site. As a stand-alone module or coupled with Actio Gatekeeper, Regulator alleviates tracking and reporting hardships by flagging all potentially hazardous substances and their components. Newly received hazardous materials are identified and reported to the appropriate administrators for on-site approval and/or notification. Chemical inventory quantities are compiled and reported to the Regulator users for appropriate distribution throughout the facility.

The Actio Regulator creates a mechanism for real-time inventory tracking of hazardous chemicals and constituents throughout your facility, and generates Tier I and Tier II reports at all locations. Chemicals and ingredients are monitored from the time they are received on site until their time of disposal. Quantity levels are tracked based on their original unit of measure and converted into pounds for reporting. Chemicals are broken down by individual components and consolidated for cross-referencing throughout the facility. Chemical containers are individually monitored and can be located at the click of the mouse. Inventory logs, movement records, storage locations, and reoccurring usages are all tracked by Regulator's inventory functions.

Upon receipt of new chemicals and their containers Actio Regulator generates the appropriate HazCom compliant label and accounts for the new chemical quantity received on hand.

Bar Code integration with wand scanner capabilities is a component of the HazCom Labeling solution offered by Regulator. Each chemical container is given a unique identification number that creates detailed chemical accounting capabilities. Date of receipt, chemical transfer histories, and container disposal records are just a few of the features enabled through bar coding. Actio Regulator works with all industry standard bar-coding systems.

Actio Regulator seamlessly links with industry standard ERP systems such as SAP, J.D. Edwards and Oracle. Once a connection node between the Regulator and the existing ERP system has been established the Regulator receives chemical quantity transactions and incorporates them with the existing monitoring mechanisms in place for environmental reporting functions.

Regulator also enables you to maintain compliance with your State and Local regulatory reporting requirements. State and Local reports can be automatically generated when the Federal Tier II form is not supported. As a result of Regulators robust database structure, all Federal, State and Local reporting is based on one inventory utilizing consistent information.

Many chemical life cycles end during the combustion process and result in the emission of a chemical into the environment. The Actio Regulator monitors chemical emissions, cross references with emission factors and calculates total atmospheric release from the facility for local air reporting. Calculations are made from real-time data ensuring accurate VOC and HAP reporting.

Actio Regulator is a tracking device for complete waste accounting during a chemical's life cycle. From the time the chemical enters the facility until the time it is disposed of through its associated waste stream the Regulator provides detailed tracking logs and outputs reports for waste streams exceeding EPA requirements.
